I have 5 TB passport 810035 USB. Cant find any compatible SATA PCB number. Either unlocked PCB
Would wiring to SATA help me to access SA ? Is this PCB has locked ROM?

No, but if the drive is otherwise functional, it would allow reading decrypted sectors. Fortunately, PC-3000 now supports creating an unlocked ROM for these, I do believe.
You'll need an unlocked PCB to actually to work with the SA, but I believe without the original main controller chip, the data will be encrypted. So at some point, you'll probably need to switch back to the original PCB and either wire in a SATA connection or use one of these adapters for the data reading part:
