Not able to find exact DCM match. Which are the most important characters to match?

Match the full model, p/n, head map and country. Get the closest date possible.

In my experience the TJ in DCM HHCTJHB needs to match. If you see a 2 rather than a J it most likely wont work. Add that to what Luke (lcoughey) said and you should find a donor.

Try and match the "TJ", even if its 640GB, with same number of Heads.
