    I even can't read modules by id it was extremely slow. But I found temporary solution,I boot drive from head 01 and boom reading at full speed and backup fw. But now I have another problem,the decryption key works for first 7000000 sectors then data returns to be encryption.

    I replaced the heads and now reading is extremely slow,did slow fix in MRT and it say ok but nothing changed. I'm not sure it is the standard wd slow issue,after power on the drive get id pretty fast but then start to be slow this will be every time I power on the drive.
