WD5000LPCX HubLT2 damaged platter 01

Drive clicks can't id.
Is it possible to recover data from good platter 0 ?
Is it possible hot swap on those drives ?
Is it possible to disable head 01 in rom without make drive click after power on ?

Edit the SA regions in ROM to both point to the region starting at 0. That way it'll only attempt to read the copy of SA that's on head 0.

But, I hope you're not assuming that just because a platter surface looks okay it actually is. If the top platter is badly damaged, the bottom side is often wrecked too.

But I want to cut physically or bend patient drive head 01 .
When I tried on good drive to edit SA regions 1 like 0, then disable head 01 in rom, drive make one click and won't id after power on again.
