What’s the best way to merge large vCard files without errors?

I have some very large vCard (.vcf) files exported from different email accounts and devices. When I try to merge them manually or with basic apps, some contacts get skipped or the file becomes unreadable. I need a reliable way to merge big vCard files in bulk while keeping all details like emails, phone numbers, and images intact. How can this be done safely and efficiently?
