I have this strange case, WD20NMVW-11AV3S0, 2TB. It came in with bad head. Head was replaced successfully and Imaging was also good, 98% successful. Here is the problem, after the image, I can't get any file out after scanning with R-Studio and EaseUS. Can some please tell whats going on ?

Did it come out of a MyPassport and is therefore encrypted, perhaps?

Yes, it came out of MyPassport Ultra and Its was descrypted during the imaging process with PC-3000.

On DE, could you see MFT or files?
Are the sectors with data?

what FS is it ?
can we see sector 0 ?

Some drives will have more than one encryption key available and you have to verify which one correctly decrypts it.

Also keep in mind there could be user encryption on the drive. Perhaps they were using a software encryption on top of the WD one.

Can you scroll down or get a pic of the complete sector? I'm thinking it's encrypted just based on the last two lines I can see.
