Too Many Tools for International Payments

We're a small SaaS company and recently started getting clients from different countries. Right now we're using one service for invoices, another for transfers, and a third one for currency conversion. It works, but it's getting harder to manage every month. How are you handling international payments and business operations? Looking for real experience.
