ST1000LM024 Problem after a fall

Hello. I get tired of the ST1000LM024 after a fall.
After head swap hdd stays in bsy. The drive loops and displays constantly on the terminal:

Where do you think the problem is?

Failed read/write heads. That's always the issue after a fall. Pretty much 100% of the time.

Could be damaged platters causing the new heads issues too.

Where do you think the problem is?
I hate Samsungs this isue. If u get same error after Head swap, weak head or bad sector at SA . Some modules damaged.
OR, drive opened normal place before, not in clean room. Dust sticking head surface. I have experienced this before. Cleaning head helping for a while. Once I have cleaned 5-10 times again and again just for one patient
A new good condition Donor could help also. Good luck
