I Changed Donor PCB with same Rev. Still no spin,

What happened to the drive originally? Bad power supply?
Probably also a bad preamp....

I have a case here with a 4TB ST drive with same symptoms. Still waiting for confirmation from the client to see if he accepts the price to solve it.
