Seagate HDDs with NVMe Coming Soon

Well, if you've been holding off getting the portable system to handle NVMe SSDs, looks like it'll be time to buy one in 2 years. Seagate is planning to start shipping this junk in 2024:

Fun stuff.

The connection looks pretty SAS to me, and it sounds like maybe it'll support SATA/SAS & NVMe, so maybe it'll just be a new adapter to buy...

big companies like google, microsoft, etc. are distributing money to hard drive manufacturer to be assured that the data should not be recovered from the Hard drives or if it is recoverable then the cost of recovery should be so high. then the client will bound to switch to save their data on clouds server and they can earn huge from the market. its my personal opinion.
