Patters has spots on them cleanable?

I have this Seagate drive that stopped working and when I opened it the platters are all spotted.
Anyway to clean it and try to recover some data? I tried alcohol but it did nothing.

Those aren't spots to be cleaned off. This is the result of the heads doing the cleaning and the filter now holding the data. DOA, unrecoverable.
