Move WD Marvell Translator Module Location

Does anyone know how to move the location of a module within the SA to a new location? I've got this drive which I can force ready, but it's module 31 (translator) seems to be in a bad area and rarely ever reads fully causing the drive to keep crashing out when I try to read sectors. Even reading it by composite is extremely slow. I'm assuming this is possible using the SA regions editor and editing module 01, but I've never done it.

Anyone experienced with this who is willing to remote in, or at least explain the procedure?

Yesterday I needed to do a similar operation and I found it hard to do on PC3K.
So I used DFL tool, which is alot easier (I think).
But if you can share how to do it on PC3K, it would be great.
