Init SMART Fail

Hi guys,

The hard drive model is ST9500325AS (500GB)

I've successfully connected to CH340 and get in T mode,

then I typed in the command as follow, it reported 'Init SMART Fail' , but N5 command works to list SMART info.
How do I resolve this issue?
it looks like that I have to replace firmware with a donor ?
I found another solution using MRT tool to fix this , but where to download this tool?

Why are you sending commands if you don't know what's the drive problem?
You know you can destroy any possibility of recovery if wrong commands are issued?
First you need to proper diagnose the error....

I was only running command to make partition formatting, thought it's not related to even the init SMART fail .
