Currently I'm learning python. What a breath of fresh air after trying to learn Boreland C++ all those years ago. Seems any idiot can be a programmer now, it's gotten a lot easier.

I wish I had kept a copy of the assembly language program I wrote for IBM Canada's head office about 50 years ago. It ran in 28K and did row and column percentages for their hundred or so departments/cost centres. It was a race between the stalwarts using a punched card accounting/sorting machine and me and my BAL program running on a S360. I won. Today, you could do it in an Excel spreadsheet but such programs didn't exist at the time. Fun times.
