I did the same recently, and the easiest method was
Softaken VCF to CSV Converter, load your VCF files exported from Android, choose whether you want to use the Google CSV or Outlook CSV format (both are fine to use in Excel,) and convert. You can either convert the VCF files to CSV one by one, or there is the option of batch converting VCF files to CSV if you have many files to convert. The software keeps all of your details intact and even allows you to preview the details before exporting. The process is systematic, good, and done offline so that your contacts remain secure. In my experience, this software is the fastest and easiest for exporting Android contacts to CSV for the usage of Excel.
