I want to import my Excel contacts into Outlook, but Outlook won’t read XLS or XLSX directly. The recommended way seems to be converting Excel into VCF first , then importing the VCF into Outlook. Softaken Excel to vCard Converter claims it creates clean vCard files compatible with Outlook and other email clients . I want to know if anyone has tried this method. Does Outlook import the converted VCF smoothly? Any issues with fields like company name, email or notes? I’d appreciate any experiences or tips for a smooth migration.
