I recently started Leptozan supplement and want to optimize my routine. Currently, I take it daily before meals and focus on high-protein foods and moderate exercise. I’ve noticed mild appetite suppression and better portion control so far.
I’m wondering if timing plays a role—morning vs afternoon? Also, does cycling the supplement improve effectiveness over time?
