I was thinking if I can open HDD in a clean room Isolated Box and the clean the HDD with a vacuum cleaner then patch the hole back
If not? how can I reach Tawfeek Mokthar ?

Do NOT put a vacuum cleaner into a hard drive, just don't do it.

thank you all I will contact Tawfeek and see what he can do
but out of curiosity isn't sucking the dust out of the platters & Header will be a good solution to try
