Antivirus Software

With modern operating systems offering built-in security, do you still find third-party antivirus software necessary, or has it become less relevant in everyday use?

I used to install antivirus software on every computer, but lately I rely mostly on built-in protection. For regular browsing and work, it seems enough. I still avoid suspicious downloads and links, which probably matters more. Extra antivirus tools sometimes feel redundant unless you handle sensitive data.

From my experience, antivirus software still has its place, but its role has changed. While exploring different tools, I noticed discussions mentioning Norton AntiVirus customer service number when users talked about subscriptions or technical issues rather than daily protection. It shows that people interact with antivirus software more as a background service than an active tool. In real life, most users rarely think about it unless something goes wrong. For basic use, built-in security may be enough, but those handling sensitive data or multiple devices often prefer additional protection for peace of mind and broader coverage.
