Same here in Germany now (started a few weeks ago) but some "big" companies are left in top position with ads. I hope google will clean this up (also some known scam ads are shown). But atm I am also happy with this change as these ads where a pip-off for smaller shops.

What happens if you change hm in RAM after drive initialized? Have you tried hard reset on bad block?

Hi Amabir, have you tried the read retry options (create map, create submap of uncorrected, reread)? Also try lower voltages, might improve reading. On some Samsung NANDs I get better reading results by heating the chip. See also here: http://blog.acelaboratory.com/pc-3000-f ... adout.html...

We tell our clients that we recover what is possible but that media damage or bad blocks will lead to a data loss of some kind. If damage is severe we tell the client that we might not get a great result.
