Just for your information, you should be careful about charging money for firmware code. That's the intellectual property of WD, Seagate, Samsung, or whoever wrote the code. It's probably much safer to call it a "service" to read and provide firmware of a particular drive. Maybe even have a disclaimer indicating that you're not selling the code itself but just the service of reading it from the drive.

Also, 10 EUR is way too much to charge. At that price, you can just expect people to buy the drive, read it themselves, then return it.
