What tools do you have?
Have you tried to read the ROM from patient? What was the problem with the original PCB?

Hello pclab.

I use DFL-PCIe 4X Data Recovery Express.
I’m actually not sure how to read rom :? I turned off the hard drive when the click of dead start (won’t damage reading head? ) original pcb is dead I think no light no spin up.

Are you sure the original PCB is dead? Did you try putting the donor ROM on it and see?

Some WD drives won't spin up if there's a short-circuited head. But, a ROM with a different head map might not notice the shorted head.

I have tried "donor" ROM on original pcb and original ROM on donor pcb hard drive is still dead. I have also tried and take a backup of bios from patient hard disk with ROM reader, but I can not read it off, so I think there is nothing to do with this hard disk?

Even if the ROM is totally dead, which is pretty rare, it's certainly not a lost cause. It's just a matter of either rebuilding the ROM from the service area (if there are backup modules there) or finding a close enough ROM to work. I've often found that a drive built within the same week will have a close enough ROM code to work.

The original harddrive is 28 Oct 2012 and the donor ROM is 04 Nov 2012.

When I'm trying to read original ROM I'm getting this error

What's the full model, including the important part after the dash?

Unfortunately, I don't believe Hubble family ever stores a backup of the ROM in the service area. So, if it's really dead you'll have to rely on finding one close enough to work.
