With Jared's FW I could already access tracks and split them to modules.
but I can't regen a ROM from the modules.
I have tried to rename module 109 and write into PCB, but didn't solved...
Is there a way to regen a ROM on this family?

I think you need more modules it's something like 106-109. I'd have to check again. But, I'm pretty sure it's possible. I did a test on one last week to see. Just be sure to follow the instructions carefully about writing the modules back to the ROM, etc. It's a bit of a pain this family.
