Here's a new tool I've created so you can find a drive family just by typing the model into a box. Enjoy! :D

Perhaps later on, If I have time, I'll add the feature of pulling up a list of other models from that family. Make for some easy ebay'ing.

Doesn't work with chrome browser here , worked with IE.

I'm using Chrome and it works just fine. I have noticed that the first time opening it on Chrome took a while to load, but then it was almost instant subsequent times. I'd guess Microsoft Office online has to install something into Chrome for it to open.

Try reloading the page a couple times and see what happens.
