Raid 3 inaccessible

Good morning, I'm Brazilian and I'm going to use a translator, we're hopeless.

We have a server in RAID 3 vmfs, and one of the disks, just the most important damaged, are 3x2TB, 2TB for RAID controller and 4TB for storage of various web services.

There is no needle beating, what is suspected is some overheating.

We have another team more involved trying to find a good stove in vmfs but it is difficult to find out which one is the most reliable with tradition.

I'm from the team that didn't mount RAID, but I'm trying to get some help, so I'm forwarding photos below for you to look at VMware that webPHP is the inaccessible virtual machine.

That's a RAID 5, not a RAID 3 (which is obsolete and never used). My guess would be that one of the two "good" drives is out of sync. It's likely that one of the drives that's now online was previously marked as failed and only came back online when another drive failed and it couldn't read it's metadata.

Most likely you'll need to get the data recovered off of that failed drive. If I were you, I'd stop messing around with it and have all three drives looked at by a data recovery professional. Anything you do right now that might alter the data will only make matters much worse.

I am still looking for vmfs recovery software, I found only one of the diskinternals, but I am not sure for its effectiveness, and the value is very high
