What is this Chip? BGA107

So I pulled this chip off an old Huawei U3900 flip phone for a customer who wants some pictures back. I had to dig it out of a lot of glue to get it off in one piece.

I count 107 pins and I do see online some adapters for a BGA107 flash chip. E.G.: https://www.elnec.com/en/products/progr ... 51_ZIF-CS/

Does anyone know what this chip actually is? I can't find any details on it. Is it a NAND, is it an odd old eMMC?

The chip is marked as TY9A0A111283KA and based on the phone specs I'm pretty sure it's a 128Mb chip.

Well, I think I found my answer in this picture:
BGA107.jpg

It's part of the "Chinese Smart Phone Kit" from VNR, but the fact that it's a style to attach to the reader rather than an SD card adapter sort tells me it's a NAND chip and not eMMC.

Anyone have any experience rebuilding data from these? I'm thinking it'd be a good one to outsource.
