It's going to be impossible to learn how to do data recovery if you don't have access to the tools of the trade to learn with.

Just imagine trying to learn how to ride a bike but you don't have access to a bicycle to actually ever try it.

I think this first question Luke asked was the most important one. This is not a business you can start up for cheap.
