Eliminate files with bad sectors from recovery

In Data Extractor I have a folder/file list from a recovery with media damage, so some files have bad sectors (quite a few actually). I would like to prevent these files from being included in the final recovery.
I've been able to create a map of the files with bad sectors however I haven't found how to tell DE to de-select these files from the folder/file list. Obviously I'd like to avoid de-selecting a couple thousand files individualy.
There's got to be a way to do this but I haven't been able to figure it out.

I know how to do this in RAW recovery but obviously I'd like to keep the folder structure.

Anyone care to share?

Thanks.

There's a box to check when you start saving files that'll put them all into a separate folder:

That easy, huh? Figures. Thanks Jared. The sad thing is that I spent days with ACE support trying to get remote support on this and their solution was the RAW recovery method.
Even more sad that I didn't see the checkbox in the first place!
