Samsung HM500JI Stuck on BSY

Hello,

I have this Samsung 500GB, HM500JI stuck on BSY and never gets ready.
It keeps spinning and spinning, I changed the Board, checked the head,
everything looks good... What could be wrong ??

The Samsung drives also have a log like Seagate.
Check that log and post it here.

The Drive does not get ready at all.

But it should give a terminal output...

It could be something quite simple to diagnose, but as PCLab said, we would need to see output from terminal.
