What is the issue with the Toshiba drive.
Data disappear from one drive ( some folders )

But that's not the reason to delete some folders.
Have you done a scan on the drive to search for the data you need?

I have a question that
Without stopping reallocation can access that original sectors in Scanning

You should do a image of the drive first. Usually the imaging tools can disable the reallocation if you want.

But I think you are taking too much importance to that.

I've seen plenty of times where folders disappeared after bad sectors in the MFT (which is the most common place for them to develop). So it wouldn't surprise me at all if the reallocated sectors and missing folders are correlated.

Chkdisk could have even run and really nuked the folders sometime between the bad sectors developing and then later getting reallocated. Maybe it even forced the reallocation to happen.
