Yes, it is possible, but how do you plan on decrypting the data after you bypass the USB bridge chip? If you're not willing to invest in a PCB I'd assume you don't have a tool like PC-3000 laying around.
 
Yes , unfortunately Unlocked PCB dont available for me, And I have MRT Ultra with me, But as you say if data encrypted I dont have chance to get data , yes ? MRT have option to decrypt some WD drives as older my passports, maybe I can use that ?
 
I want to know , without unlocked pcb , is there a chance to get data ? and I have to say again, no need to edit SA, just using Data explorer in MRT.

Sure, if there's nothing wrong with the drive beyond a few bad sectors. Just plug in the USB cable, clone and go. But if it's more complex than that and requires anything, like decryption, head map, slow responding fix, etc. You'll need an unlocked PCB to even start.
