I don't know how to find date and site code for matching donor. Can get all other info in rom . I am not good at Seagate also

What's the family of the drive?
Maybe you can get the Preamp version and it's good to go.

Sorry for late response. Customer haven't send drive to me about high cost. This case closed . But I am curious is it possible to solve this kind of case.
