Seagate with top platter scratch

Hello
I have two pcs of seagate with damage to surface, I need to remove both head. what is the best tools to use for cut head off

Any other advice for head removing?

It's usually easier and potentially less damaging to surrounding areas to just bend the head back.

Just do a search for "surgical scissors" on your favorite shopping site. There's a lot of options of tiny tipped scissors that can cut them off really well.

Can we do this methode with roosewood ?
What we do after cut head by hand.?

You can try, but I highly you'll ever get the drive to ID. Rosewoods are totally temperamental. If you did get it to work, I'd give it about 20 seconds before the drive decides to just destroy its firmware code. Make sure you have the latest PC-3000 version and disable writing first thing if you ever do get it to work.

Besides, on these junk Rosewoods, if you can see scratches on one platter surface, I'd put 1000 to 1 odds on the other surfaces being destroyed as well. Even though you might not be able to see the damage.
