if a drive gets bad sectors
And it use check disk to fix them then mft remove entry of data in hdd then the data is recoverable?

The data may still be recoverable using RAW recovery or possibly by analyzing some other filesystem structures in NTFS, which some good data recovery software does. But, generally speaking, chkdisk is pretty good at ruining your chances of getting back file names and folder structure.

Understand it means raw data chances more compare to directory structure
