Seagate/Samsung PCB Swap 100760718 Help

Greetings all, I have a 10076718 pcb board and the students usb 3.0 micro b connector is directly into the board and the student broke it. I purchased a replacement pcb 10072903 with a SATA connection as it is compatible per this forum (thank you!). I just finished transferring the firmware chip but the hard drive wont power/spin with the new pcb board. The hard drive did spin fine prior.

I just wanted to ask if there was anything I am missing that anyone can offer. If further information is needed to make some better recommendations please let me know as well. Thank you very much.

I think you already posted this in another thread, but I'll ask you the same question again here:

Do you mean to say that you've got a 100760718 PCB and tried replacing it with a 100720903? (The numbers you listed don't exist to my knowledge)
