seagate 80gb ide model st380013a fw: 8.01 WU

Dear all,
I have received seagte 80gb baracuda ide drive.In terminal it shows F> only.I have tried diff pcb with same fw but no luck.I tried another search on google and try all R3 , R4 but no T> .Any help appreciated.Drive gets T> before i gave command i4,1,22 and than N50,,22.after giving age command it becomes like this.Drive spins ok no clicking.I tried F>j,,22 no luck again f>

thank you jerovsek I have just lost the hope.I think nobody is interested in this old hdd.Here i am posting terminal.

sir pls i am very hopefull for this.
As drive comes to me detected but after giving T >T4E pending solution i should give age N50,,22.I have fix many 7200.9 with this.But may this time head is weak or what this finish.
