I think the preamp of head is not matching.
how to match preamp version?

above model I used the same model except fw: of patient is 2BA30002 and donor is :2BA3001. ALSO DGM OF PATIENT IS 08/2014 AND DONOR IS :05/2014

I would think those would be compatible, how far off is the date? Also are you using the patient PCB, or did you switch them by mistake?

Did you lookup the LED error code in the PC3000 Samsung Utility manual?

0x2A01 - Preamp is out of Order

What is the original issue? Why did you change the heads? Are you 100% sure the PCB is healthy?

Dear sir and gurus,
Today i am going to change head for the same and after reading this post i have cross check both pcb working on donor directly no need to replace patient rom even.Now i would like to know what else parameters do i keep in mind after head replacement.I mean to say like segate is there any adaptives or something which i update from donor to patient ?As i have read on some forum only mrt can read those stuff for samsung.so pls may i know what it is actually.I dont want to spoil my donor as i am trying it for first time and i found it after 1 month.
