So this is a terminal post I've never seen before:
I'm 95% sure it relates to weak/dirty/damaged heads. When I first powered it on it was able to ID and could just barely read a few sectors before it got stuck busy and started doing this.
Just never saw the "TILT DROP DELAY SEEK" message before.
