Seagate with bad surface

Hello.

I work on a poor surface ocean (Bacall)
The surface of head 1 is in poor condition ...

I was able to make an SA backup and then my head died ..
I inspected the head under the microscope and saw that it was full of crap ..

So I cut the head, but after that I found out that both Bacall and Grenada need both system heads for start up .

is it not possible to change the system head on this hard drive if it missing head 1 even though I have a backup of sys file

DFL released a way to allow Hotswap on Seagate drives.
I still need to see how does it work and what families it will support.

In these cases, it's the only way I think...
