Seagate MCMT corruption rcovery plan.

I need some guidelines for recovery of Seagate Barracuda Model - ST500DM002 Firmware CC4C

I suspect it has MCMT corruption. What should be my steps using PC3000 udma.

Problem is most likely in media cache. Read system file 93 by terminal, disable everything, write back by terminal and you should be good. If the drive is getting stuck busy you may have to short the read channel to get terminal access each time. Often you have to do it twice. Once to read the system file, and a second time to write it back.
