That's ridiculous.. you have a problem man.. you should get away from the PC and not worry about the forums so much. I make it a rule, though I break it sometimes, to leave a gap between checking for new replies. usually 5 mins, and I am hoping to get it to 10 mins before the end of the year so I can get some damn work done
