Is renting a charter bus a good idea for a corporate trip to Miami?

Our company is planning a team-building trip to Miami, and I’ve been asked to help sort out the logistics. We’re looking at around 30 people, so it’s not something we can just handle with a couple of cars. At first, I thought about shuttle vans, but then I realized parking and timing could be a nightmare if we’re moving between different places. Has anyone here tried renting a charter bus for something like this? Did it actually make things smoother, or was it overkill?

I’d definitely recommend going the charter bus route, especially for corporate events. We had a retreat in Miami with around the same number of people and booked through https://coachamerica.com/destinations/miami. The driver was professional, the bus was comfortable, and most importantly, it kept us on schedule. Instead of worrying about who was late or where to park, we just focused on the activities. It felt more organized and set a good tone for the whole trip.

From my perspective, a bus isn’t just about convenience — it sends a message that the event is well-planned. Employees notice that, and it makes them more likely to take the trip seriously. Plus, having everyone in one space gives opportunities for casual conversations and bonding before the event even begins. It’s a subtle detail that can make a big difference in how the whole trip is experienced.
