help : find what raid from these pictures.

Dear all,

i need help to know what raid of these 4 patients drive.
client tell me this is RAID5.
4 patient drive.
2 drive (disk1 and disk4) with same contain (random check sectors)
another 2 drive (disk2 and disk 3) with different contain (random check sectors)
4 drives so like this A A B C
i try raid0, raid5 and raid10 is find NTFS with folders and files but if i open files always corrupt.

disk1 with a few bad sectors then i clone to another good drive.
disk 2 good health
disk 3 good health
disk 4 good health

It's a three-disk RAID 5 with a hot spare that was used for a rebuild. Take the two drive A disks, open in a hex editor, scroll to where it becomes all zeros and then do a reverse search for data. The one with more data on it is most likely the one that was most recently online (it's not a perfect way to be sure, but it's a good starting point).

Then just assemble those three drives and find the settings.
