Heading to Portugal for landscape photography, need a capable rental car in Lisbon

Got a Portugal trip coming up and I'm pumped about it. Been doing landscape photography for years but never made it there, and those ocean sunrises look insane from what I've seen. Need to move between different shooting locations, some of them probably aren't going to be on nice smooth roads. Where's a good place in Lisbon to grab a rental with decent clearance? Flying in there and that's my base for getting around.

Portugal's coastline is incredible for photography, the light there hits different at golden hour. You'll want something that can handle rough terrain because some of the best viewpoints aren't near paved roads. Sand dunes, rocky paths, dirt tracks leading to cliffs, that kind of thing.
