HDD read failure – how to solve?

For a week, I didn't use computer for some reason it was giving me error and not login to windows, so then I try to reinstall windows but unable to for some reason, so I use Hiren's BootCD PE to diagnose the issue.
I use GSmartControl Extended test to know the problem.
Below I have attached a file of GSmartControl Repot.

Please help me out to get it back Running, and please don't recommend buying a new HDD I can't.

With Hirens, run VictoriaHDD and do a surface scan to the HDD.
You probably have mad sectors on it, and sorry to say, you need a new drive.
