Disable Just One Copy of SA In ROM

Does anyone know of a way to disable a copy of the SA in ROM? I can see that I can edit regions and whatnot, but the issue I'm having is that copy 1 of the SA is really destroyed and it's making the drive unstable to image. I can get the drive to ID and read sectors fine now just off of head 0 (and a lot of moving around modules). But the second I re-enable head 1, it goes crazy and crashes out on me.

You know what, nevermind I seem to have stabilized it. Seems it was a combination of issues with the SA on head 1 and a problem with head 5. Disabled H5 and now it's stable enough to image the other heads. Looks like this one will be a double head swap case.

Though I'd still like to know if it's possible for these cases where we can hotstart on one head, that way it'll do it on it's own after power cycle.
