corrupted SQL BAK file

Hi Guys

I have a client that didn't saved the BAK file of a SQL database and he formated the PC. He restored all the system and in the end he realized that he forgot to save that BAK file.
I have tried raw recovery and I could manage to find the file he wants, but it's corrupted. I have checked the header with Winhex and there's no header of a SQL file.
I tried to use some SQL recovery software, but they didn't even recognize the file as a SQL DB.
I have tried to copy the header of another BAK file, and now at least the software can recognize it, but can't extract nothing (system hangs...).
What do you guys suggest? What other options can we try?

The client have the insert 3 years of invoices manually, if we can't manage this to work
Thanks
