I already replaced PCB but nothing changed.

Have you tried disabling/enabling each head individually? Sounds like this could be a bad head based on my limited online research

Definitely looks like bad heads. It's pretty much impossible to disable head 0, and if that one doesn't work you'll never get the drive running. What you can try is setting max head to 0 in ROM and see if it still gets all the servo errors. If it still gets servo errors, all you can do is to replace the head stack assembly.

Check the heads for patter contamination before installing new ones. If there is platter damage, new heads won't help.

so you sure with head-swap I can recover data?

Nope, there's never a "sure" anything in data recovery. Especially when it comes to head swaps and Grenadas. It could very well just kill the replacement heads in two seconds. Happens all the time.

But, as Larry said, checking the sliders for contamination under a good microscope can give you a good indication whether it's even worth attempting it.

Just FYI, posting the same thing 5 times doesn't get it approved any faster, it just annoys the moderators. Please only post things one time. Your first five posts require moderation (to prevent SPAM) after that you can freely post.

I'm not sure what offset must be changed. I'd bet it's a more complex process to find the appropriate value to modify than just looking at a certain offset. A tool like PC-3000 can do this easily enough, that's what I use.
