Default to raw format?

It happens only when you do backward imaging and it depends off the size of the drive....On bigger drives it takes very long time before it actually start to image.

wd adaptives for hot swap

Hi
Do you want to swap heads or do you want to do a smart hot swap? These are two different things and microjogs are needed only when you want to replace the heads.

Possibility to Move a System File Location in SA?

There are some models that work with H0 disabled. It depends of the family and probably the FW versions.

Possibility to Move a System File Location in SA?

Try to start the drive with H0 disabled so the only available SA copy to be on H1. Of course copy data only from the remainig heads. At least this should speed up the things a little bit.

Non data recovery job become data recovery from hell

It could be AFPS file system which is encrypted by default. You need a software that understands AFPS and can work with it.

Fail to read Samsung ROM

What version of Mrt software did you use for that ? 2.0.5.7 or 2.1.1.2? Because on 2.0.x.x software I was having the same problem but on 2.1.x.x it looks like they corrected the reading problem. Now you can read a Samsung Rom, even on M8 series, but don't get excited :D, to write a Rom is still not ...
