If you had a power failure, have you checked the PCB?
Does the drive spins and remains spinning?
Don't try to update firmware or what else you are thinking of. It should be properly diagnosed first with proper tools.
Have you asked for a recovery price on a lab? Maybe it's not so expensive...

For Seagate you should at least get a way to access terminal. That way you will see what's the drive behavior and indicate the next procedure.

That is file corruption..
If you already save them to your original HDD, the case got worst, because if you want to do another attempt the results will not be good.
